In 2014, I started off working with about 25 kids traveling with them as the President of the organization and putting on step competition; in 2018 I wanted to change up and impact in a different way therefore we decide to bring forth an association that would cater to the youth in the community; hence T.E.Y.A ( Thompson Enterprise Youth Association).
 
This Project goal is to bring youth together all over the nation, in hopes of showing them different team building ideas to help bridge the gap. Our youth are the source of our future. God created us with a purpose in mind; and we are loosing our youth to reckless accidents and violent crimes; therefore its our Goal and Purpose as a organization to make sure we supply them with all the resources we can to give them alternative recreational things to do. In this way we hope to keep them from getting mixed up in things that are of the world that could be detrimental to their lives.
TEYA will bring forth resources that will help them define their emotions, feelings and use them in a creative way to compete.
 
Mentorship and Scholarships is another way we plan to help our youth accomplish their goals.
